Petunia aka TUNA

Meet Petunia, affectionately known as Tuna! This absolutely delightful pup is brimming with sweetness and ready to find her forever home. Tuna came to us from a high-kill shelter in dire condition, battling mange. Thankfully, we were able to provide the necessary treatment for her skin, including subsequent staph and yeast infections.

Ideal Home

Tuna is a true couch potato at heart, loving nothing more than to snuggle up next to you with her ears being rubbed. She's generally good with cats and other dogs, though she does have a preference for calmer canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Tuna has a sensitive stomach and is allergic to beef and chicken. Her diet must strictly exclude these ingredients. She also receives an anti-allergy medication to keep her comfortable and itch-free.

Training & Support

Tuna is happily crate-trained and enjoys interactive play like fetching tennis balls and a good game of tug-of-war. She's even known to entertain herself by tossing soccer balls around! While we don't guarantee perfect house-training (as new environments can sometimes lead to accidents), she has a great foundation.

• Our adoption fee covers age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, heartworm testing, rabies vaccination, microchipping, and spay/neuter surgery.
