Charlie

Charlie is a charming 1-year-old boy who weighs about 12 pounds and resembles a Mini Golden Retriever. He's a happy and loving dog who enjoys snuggling and showering his people with affection, especially during belly rubs! Charlie is a quiet companion, rarely barking, and loves to relax in the sun or chase balls in the yard. He's house-trained and uses his crate when left alone or for meals. Charlie gets along well with other dogs, but he'd also be content as the sole canine companion, as he truly cherishes his person. He's gentle when taking treats and enjoys a good Nylabone.

Ideal Home

Charlie would thrive in a home with a physically fenced yard that is at least 4 feet high. He is shy around new people and needs a little time to warm up and feel comfortable.

Ongoing Health

Charlie has been neutered and received two wellness exams, a microchip, heartworm test and preventative, distemper/parvo vaccine with a booster, rabies vaccine, and flea/tick preventative. He is up-to-date on all of his veterinary care.

Training & Support

Charlie needs to learn the "WAIT" command, as he tends to bolt through doors quickly. With practice, his shyness around new people can also be addressed.
