Klarabella is a delightful 2-year-old Caramelo Dog/Lab mix, weighing around 46 pounds. She's an outgoing, energetic, and incredibly affectionate girl who absolutely adores being around people and loves to play! Klarabella is a social butterfly who gets along swimmingly with cats, dogs, children, men, and women. Her fun-loving personality brings so much joy and excitement wherever she goes. She thrives on attention, cherishes playtime, and forms strong, loving bonds with her human companions. Klarabella's journey began on the streets of Houston, where she bravely survived until a kind taco stand owner began feeding her. Worried when she went into heat, the owner reached out for help, and Klarabella was rescued just in time, finally receiving the safety and care she deserved. Despite her past, she remains loving, playful, and full of life, eagerly awaiting an active forever home that can offer her the love, guidance, and stability she's always dreamed of.
Ideal Home
Klarabella would thrive in a home that enjoys outdoor activities and has a fenced backyard. Families with an open mind about the needs of rescued street animals, who understand their journey of protection and education, are ideal. Experience in dog behavior and training, along with high tolerance and patience for rescued puppies, is also preferred.
Ongoing Health
Klarabella has been spayed, vaccinated (DHPPI, Rabies, Bordetella), dewormed, and tested negative for heartworm. She comes with a health certificate and vaccination booklet.
Training & Support
Klarabella is not yet house-trained. Like many active young dogs, she can be mischievous and enjoys destroying plastic items, containers, and toys if left unattended. She will do best with plenty of exercise, enrichment activities, and durable chew toys to keep her happily occupied.

Transporation
Klarabella is currently being fostered in Houston, Texas, and is ready to travel to the East Coast and Pacific Northwest if adopted. A transport fee of $400.00, paid by the adopter prior to departure, will cover this service.
