Meet Trout! This sweet, 4-year-old boy is a handsome Black Labrador Retriever and Pit Bull Terrier mix who arrived at the shelter on April 7, 2026, when his previous owner could no longer care for him. Trout is adjusting to shelter life but is really hoping his stay will be a short one. He's crate trained, loves his walks, and truly soaks up all the attention and affection he can get. Trout might be a little shy when you first meet him, but with a little time, his big heart and loyal nature will shine through. He's the kind of dog who will love you deeply and forever once he feels safe.
