Luther

Luther is a sweet, silly, 1-year-old Staffordshire Terrier mix who is full of love and ready to bring smiles to his forever home. He's a high-energy pup with bouncy, floppy ears and a playful spirit, perfect for a family that enjoys both zoomies and snuggles. Luther has a heart full of love and a personality that will keep you entertained.

Ideal Home

Luther would thrive in a home that can provide regular exercise and continued guidance. An active home would be ideal, but he also knows how to relax once his energy needs are met. A backyard would be a bonus for his zoomies, but daily walks and playtime are just as effective. He's happy to be the only dog or to have canine siblings, but he'll always choose his humans first.

Luther is neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations.

Training & Support

Luther is house-trained and has had no accidents since arriving in his foster home. He sleeps in his crate and settles within a few minutes after a brief protest. He is still learning what is and isn't a toy and is not yet ready to be left loose in the house. While he walks beautifully on leash with another dog, he can be somewhat barky when seeing other dogs. He has shown no reactivity or pushiness when meeting other dogs and ignores cats. He is gentle with children.
