Rayo

Rayo is a stunning, playful, and goofy boy who is full of joy. He greets everyone like a friend he’s known forever, his tail wagging as if to say, “I’m still here. I still believe in people.” He was found alone on the streets of Houston, abandoned and confused, but was rescued just in time. His owner refused to reclaim him, so Rayo is now with us, and we promise he will never be left behind again. Rayo is potty trained and fully vetted. We are currently awaiting his heartworm results. What we already know for certain is this—Rayo’s heart is wide open and ready to love again.
