Meet A Christmas Story, or Chris, a sweet, gentle, and affectionate white pup whose name truly reflects the miracle he's already lived. He came to us right before Christmas from a small rural shelter where resources were limited. Soon after arriving, it became clear he needed emergency surgery to repair a hernia that was impacting his major organs. Thanks to the fast-acting staff and vets, Chris has a brand new lease on life! He's recovering beautifully and showing us all how strong and resilient he is for such a young pup. Chris enjoys cozy naps, kind attention, and simply being near people who make him feel safe.
