Meet Rico, a charming 9-year-old pup ready to find his forever family! Don't let his age fool you; Rico is a cuddle expert who's perfectly content snuggling up on your lap or in his favorite recliner. He's been in long-term foster care and is eager to share his floppy ears and loving nature with his new people.

Rico enjoys exploring and makes leash walking a breeze. He's easily directed with a little coaxing and is non-reactive on his leash, even walking past a cat with more interest in the grass. He's mostly house-trained, with only minimal accidents. While Rico can be a bit slow to warm up to new people, he blossoms into a perfect, snuggly companion once he feels comfortable. He also does well with other dogs after a proper introduction.

Ideal Home

Rico would love a home where he can be a cherished member of the family. He's a great couch companion and enjoys gentle exploration.

Rico is neutered and vaccinated. His adoption fee is sponsored, and he comes with all the essentials to get you started.

Training & Support

Rico is mostly house-trained. He may need a little time to warm up to new people, so patience and gentle introductions are recommended.
