Shawn has lived with children ages 7–15 and does best with older kids who understand boundaries and respect his space. He prefers a quieter, predictable environment and is happiest when introductions are slow and intentional. He would truly thrive as the only dog in a home where he can be the center of his person’s world. He enjoys human connection most and does best in one-on-one environments where he doesn’t feel pressured or overstimulated.
