Shadow is a handsome Shepherd mix male, about 5 years old, who is ready for an adventure! He absolutely LOVES to play ball and can go for hours – if you're looking for a jogging or hiking buddy, he's your guy! His previous owners have invested a lot of time and effort into his training, and it truly shows.

Ideal Home

Shadow needs an all-adult home, with no children. He can do well with another dog or as the only dog in the home, as he enjoys being the center of attention. While he's great at meeting new people in public, he can be reactive to visitors in his home and is protective of his space. He must be kenneled when guests are over.

Ongoing Health

Shadow is neutered, up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped, and is on a monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

Shadow is a well-trained dog who knows commands and is good in public. However, he requires a dog-savvy owner who can read his body language and provide consistent, high-energy exercise to keep him happy and fulfilled. He thrives on activity like running and playing fetch.
