Piper

Hey there! I'm Piper, a charming 2-year-old pit bull and Aussie mix with a heart full of love to give. I'm a petite girl at about 33 pounds, and I absolutely adore my sister, Lilly. Her comfort means the world to me, so I'd be happiest in a home that already has another canine companion. I'm a bit shy and can freeze up on walks, but with a gentle hand and some encouragement, I find my stride. I truly light up once I feel safe and cherished. Belly rubs, butt scratches, a good chew bone, and chasing tennis balls are some of my favorite things!

Ideal Home

I'm great with children and get along wonderfully with other dogs. While I haven't been tested with cats, we can arrange that if you're curious! My ideal home is one where love is guaranteed and where I can continue to build my confidence.

Ongoing Health

I will be spayed and fully vaccinated before I join my forever family.

Training & Support

I'm crate-trained and respond well to gentle corrections. My leash-walking skills are a work in progress, and I'm not yet potty trained, though I'm a quick learner, just like my brother who was fully trained in two weeks! I also tend to jump up out of excitement, not aggression, and I would love some help learning better manners.
