Birdie

Meet Birdie! This energetic and fun-loving girl is about 2 years old and ready to show you the world! Birdie was surrendered with her sister, both having been severely emaciated. Thankfully, with lots of TLC, Birdie has bounced back and has a personality that is as bright as her future. She greets everyone she meets with pure joy and enthusiasm, making every person her new best friend! We suspect Birdie may be a Pitbull/Pointer mix, and she's eager to find an active companion to share adventures with.

Ideal Home

Birdie is looking for a fun, energetic human to join her on adventures. She is great with people and does well with dogs her size or larger. However, she should not be placed in a home with small dogs or cats. Due to her exuberance and jumpiness, she would also do best in a home without young children.

Ongoing Health

Birdie is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She has made a wonderful recovery from her previous emaciation.

Training & Support

Birdie is already crate-trained and potty-trained! She's not a morning person and is happy to sleep in until 9 am if allowed.

Transportation

Birdie is located in the Dallas area and can be transported within Texas. Unfortunately, we do not ship dogs out of state. You must come to the Dallas area to meet our dogs prior to adoption.
