Meet Cheyenne, a 3-year-old female Pit Bull with a heart full of love and an zest for life! Cheyenne had a challenging past, but she's ready to leave it behind and embrace a bright future. She enjoys playing in the yard and is eager to please, making her a wonderful companion for someone who can provide her with exercise and continued training. Cheyenne is crate-trained and walks well on a leash. She's particularly excited about kids and loves to play or snuggle up on the couch. To help Cheyenne get the best possible start, her adopter will receive five free training sessions from Zoom Room Metcalf.

Ideal Home

Cheyenne would thrive in a home without other pets, or with a family who can carefully manage her toys and food. Because of her past, she can resource guard basic items like food, water, and toys.

Ongoing Health

Cheyenne is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and up-to-date on heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Cheyenne can resource guard food, water, and toys due to her past experiences. Careful management and ongoing training will be key to her continued success. She is eager to please and will benefit from socialization and training.

Transportation

Cheyenne is located in the Kansas City area and is available to local adopters only through our Foster to Adopt program. Her adopters will be responsible for transporting her to and from her scheduled veterinary appointments.
