Yuri-HAPPY HAPPY

Meet Yuri! He's a charming five-year-old Shih-tzu who has been deeply loved and cared for. Sadly, his owners are moving and can no longer provide him with the space he deserves. Yuri has blossomed in his foster home, showing off a constant smile and a wagging tail, especially when greeted by his favorite people. He absolutely adores his outdoor time and is a true companion animal, enjoying quiet moments with his humans. He's doing wonderfully with potty training, transitioning from pee pads to going outside. He's also still working on not lifting his leg when he pees, which is a plus. Yuri is a sweet, loving boy who wants nothing more than to be by your side.

Ideal Home

Yuri is a "love bug" who thrives on human companionship. He's looking for a home where he can be the center of attention and receive plenty of affection.

Ongoing Health

Yuri takes medication for a platelet issue. He has been stable for over two years and this condition doesn't seem to limit him. However, due to this condition, he cannot receive a rabies vaccine. The medication keeps him feeling great, and you'd never know he had a health concern.

Training & Support

Yuri is doing an amazing job with his potty training, transitioning from pee pads to going outside. He's still squatting to pee and doesn't lift his leg.
