Poe

Poe is a handsome 15-month-old Anatolian Shepherd who has had a bit of a rough start. He was initially intended to be a livestock guardian but found that wasn't his calling. Despite this, Poe is a happy and bouncy puppy who has been through several homes, and most recently, our rescue. He came to us heartworm positive but has since completed his treatment and is now heartworm-free! Poe is eager to find his forever home where his breed's characteristics are understood and where he can continue to grow into the wonderful dog he is meant to be.

Poe would thrive in a home that understands the specific needs of livestock guardian breeds. A home that can provide consistent training and guidance will help this happy pup reach his full potential.

Ongoing Health

Poe is now heartworm-free! He is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Poe is eager to please and with the right guidance, he will make a fantastic companion. Consistency in training will be key to helping him succeed.
