Cheddar

Cheddar is a sweet, shy little guy who is still figuring out that the world is a safe and wonderful place. He may be unsure at first, but every day he's coming around a little more and showing small glimpses of the playful, lovable puppy he's meant to be. Right now, Cheddar likes to take things in from a comfortable distance. He enjoys watching the people and other dogs in his foster home, quietly observing the action before deciding when he's ready to join in. He's also discovering the joy of running around the yard and, like any good puppy, chewing on just about anything he can get his paws on. One very important thing Cheddar has learned? Belly rubs are amazing. Once he feels comfortable, he's happy to soak up gentle affection and start building trust with his people. If you're looking for a gentle puppy with a tender heart and lots of potential, Cheddar may be ready to melt right into your life.

Cheddar will do best with a patient family willing to help him grow in confidence at his own pace. He may be best suited to a house rather than an apartment situation.
