Raised with love and care, Penny is looking for a forever family that wants a loyal companion and best friend. She’s sweet, social, and ready to bring joy, laughter, and lots of puppy kisses into her new home. Penny is anticipated to weigh between 10 and 15 pounds when fully grown.
