Meet Zulu, a wonderfully calm Shepherd mix who is sure to win your heart! Zulu was found as a stray with her litter of puppies and, despite the challenges she faced, she proved to be an amazing mom. Now that her puppies are grown, Zulu is ready to find her forever family. She's a fantastic companion who loves to relax, especially on the porch on a cooler day, keeping an eye on her surroundings.

Zulu would thrive in a home where she can enjoy her days relaxing. She's adaptable and will likely fit into most family environments. If you enjoy a chill pace of life and don't mind a little extra fur around, Zulu might be your perfect match!

Ongoing Health

Zulu was heartworm positive but has successfully completed her treatment. She handled it like a champ and is now ready for a happy, healthy life.

Training & Support

Zulu is already house-trained and crate-trained, though she doesn't necessarily need a crate. She's also a dream to travel with, being a perfect passenger in the car. Zulu enjoys meeting new people and is a well-behaved visitor at our thrift store.
