This cutie is Kobe Laker! He is currently 4 months old and weighs approximately 23 pounds. We think he may be a Pit Bull / Staffordshire Terrier mix, but with rescue, it's always a guess! What matters most is that he is adorable and is one of the MOST desperate puppies in the entire US based on statistics for where he is from. Shelters in his area are having to euthanize puppies, so this little guy needs you! If you choose a puppy from us, it saves their life as well as the life of another in their place.

Kobe is playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. He loves to play with his siblings and take lots of naps. Eat, sleep, play, repeat - such is puppy life! We pride ourselves in being able to give you good personality and behavioral information to help ensure this baby is the right fit for you. You are also welcome to do a Facetime call to meet your new baby before signing paperwork!
Ideal Home
Kobe is still very young and will need a family that can commit to training, socialization, and all the dedication puppyhood requires. A puppy is discovering new things that shape their personalities with each passing day. Implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization is key from the start.
Ongoing Health
All vetting is included in the adoption fee, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
We require a commitment from adoptive families to crate train their new puppy starting immediately upon arrival at their new home. This will help with potty training, energy management, and the overall development of a well-rounded adult dog. Our on-site trainers work with all our dogs on leash walking, basic commands, and potty training.

Transporation
Kobe is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide. Our rescue run USDA certified transport system ensures every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
