This sweet Shepherd/Collie mix is Boots! He's a little over a year old and weighs around 50 pounds. Boots was rescued from a crowded shelter in Texas and is now safe in our care, looking for the loving home he's always deserved. He's a wonderful blend of playful energy and affectionate cuddles. Boots is a social butterfly who loves people and other dogs, always ready with a play bow or a gentle paw to ask for pets. He already knows "sit," appears to be house-trained, and takes treats so gently! Boots would love to have a canine companion to romp and play with. He's a happy, loving boy who has faced uncertainty but still greets the world with a wagging tail and a hopeful spirit.
