Rascal is a sweet 16-pound boy with a heartbreaking story. A month ago, he and his best friend were dumped together and left to fend for themselves. When we found out, we rushed to help, but sadly, his friend passed away the night before we could trap them. Rascal was terrified and unsure who to trust, but now that he knows he's safe, his loving personality is truly shining through. He just wants kindness and a chance at a better life.
