Howie

Meet Howie! This happy, gentle Lab-Ridgeback-Pit mix is a loverboy! Howie is 6 years young and has a heart full of love to give. He was rescued from a California shelter in very rough shape - he had major skin issues/hair loss and had clearly been neglected, but now he looks so much better, and continues to be on good salmon food and supplements. He's appreciative of love and attention and is a very affectionate boy. Howie is a big snuggler and will want to share your bed! He loves going for walks and other outings.

Ideal Home

Howie would probably thrive as the only dog in the home, or with a submissive female.

Ongoing Health

Howie had major skin issues/hair loss and had clearly been neglected, but he looks much better now and continues to be on good salmon food and supplements.

Training & Support

Howie is a big snuggler and will want to share your bed! He loves going for walks and other outings.
