Meet Sven, a delightful 1-year-old, 37lb hound mix with a heart full of love and a playful spirit! Sven is the ultimate companion, always eager to be by your side, whether it's for a game of fetch, a cozy cuddle session, or simply enjoying your company. He’s a social butterfly who gets along wonderfully with other dogs, and he’s even proven to be cat-friendly! Sven navigates the world with a calm and respectful demeanor, showing interest in other dogs on walks without any pulling or reactivity. He's also a well-behaved housemate, fully house-trained, and comfortable in a crate or left to his own devices for short periods. Sven walks beautifully on a leash and loves his daily dose of exercise, after which he's happy to settle down. His favorite things include toys, receiving belly rubs, and being close to his humans. This affectionate boy will readily flop over for pets, snuggle up close, or keep a watchful eye from the couch. Sven is a smart pup who reads animals and people well, and he'll continue to blossom with ongoing training on basic commands.
