Meet Andy: Your Dog’s New Best Friend (and Yours Too!)
Andy is a 2-year-old Retriever mix, weighing around 50-55 lbs. He was rescued in Texas after being abandoned with his siblings and has since blossomed into a resilient, loving, and affectionate dog who is ready for his forever home. Andy is incredibly dog-friendly and thrives when playing with other pups, so his dream home would include another dog to be his best friend. He's a true gentleman at home, being house-trained and crate-trained. While he might be a bit shy when meeting new people initially, his gentle and affectionate personality quickly shines through. Andy loves routine, companionship, and being part of the family's activities, whether it's going for walks, playing with friends, or simply relaxing nearby. He walks nicely on a leash, takes treats gently, and is eager to please.
Ideal Home
Andy would thrive in a calm, loving environment with people who appreciate a loyal, kindhearted companion. A home with another dog is a must for him to truly be happy, and a yard would be a bonus. Consistency and love are his biggest requirements. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended.
