He thrives on human connection, loving to lean in for affection, snuggle up in laps, and shower his favorite people with kisses.
Barry is a perfectly balanced pup: playful and energetic enough for zoomies and toy-tussles, yet relaxed enough to be your ultimate couch companion. He's also done wonderfully with cats, initially offering sweet kisses as a greeting, and has shown gentleness and respect around teenagers.
Ideal Home
Barry would be happy as the center of attention in a home of his own or could do well with another friendly, resident dog after a proper introduction period. He is also known to be good with cats and teenagers.

Barry is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm test, and is microchipped with free lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Barry is still mastering leash walking, as he finds many things more interesting than polite strolling. However, he is young, eager to learn, and motivated by food, making him a great candidate for continued training and confidence-building.

Barry is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide via our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. This service includes 24/7 care and provides drop-off locations in multiple states including WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. For Canadian adopters, pick up is available in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to transportation costs.
