Georgia

Georgia is a sweet, energetic 8-month-old pup who was found as a stray and brought to the local shelter. She's now over a year old, healthy, and ready for her forever home! Georgia is smart as a whip and eager for adventure. She prefers to be the only dog in the household, as she's still learning to trust and feel secure. She's kid-friendly and already house-trained. Georgia knows "sit," "watch me," and "back up," and she's highly motivated by treats, making her a fast learner who's eager to master even more commands!

Georgia would thrive in a home where she can be the only dog, allowing her to receive all the attention and build confidence.

Ongoing Health

Georgia is currently healthy. Her adoption fee includes all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, spay, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. She will be current on flea and heartworm prevention, and a health exam will be completed by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Georgia is house-trained and knows several basic commands. She is treat-motivated and eager to learn, so continued positive reinforcement training will help her continue to grow.

Transporation

Georgia is currently fostered in Texas. She is available for adoption and transport out of state to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
