Hi there! I'm Duffy, a peppy pup with a heart full of love and a dash of chill. My days are filled with backyard adventures, from patrolling the perimeter with an inquisitive nose to zooming around like a deer or simply enjoying the neighborhood views from the stoop. I'm proud to say I'm already a pro at potty training, always choosing the great outdoors for my business. While I'm not a huge fan of crates, I've proven myself a trustworthy companion when left to my own devices, focusing my chewing enthusiasm on my toys, especially bones and my favorite stuffed pig! I'm quite food motivated, so keeping treats handy is always a good idea. I enjoy keeping my foster mom company by following her around, and while I'm still learning to be a lap dog, I love receiving pets and attention. I'm also a social butterfly, warming up to new people and even making friends with another dog in my foster home, though I'm perfectly happy being your one and only furry friend.
Ideal Home
A home that appreciates playful zoomies and quiet moments of observation. I'm a busy boy who needs an outlet for my energy, but I also enjoy simply being present.
Ongoing Health
I'm up-to-date on all age-appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and have been dewormed. My adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm, and flea/tick preventatives.
Training & Support
I'm working on my crate manners, but I've shown I can be left alone without destructive behavior. I love to be pet, but I'm still getting the hang of snuggling on the couch. A patient and understanding approach will help me blossom!

- Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, all age-appropriate vaccinations, heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, heartworm test (dogs over 9 months), dewormed, and microchip implant (including registration).
- We are a foster-based rescue, so meet-and-greets occur after an application is submitted and approved.
Transporation
I am currently located in Edina, MN, and can be transported to approved adopters.
