Bear

Bear is a sweet and handsome boy! He came to us when his owner experienced a health issue, and it's clear he was a very loved companion. Bear is approximately 4.5 years old and weighs over 100 pounds. He's a smart cookie who knows commands like "sit," "come," and "heel." He's also a good listener (when he feels like it!) and knows "stay." Bear is a pro on the leash and absolutely adores playing ball. He's a friendly dog who would make a great family pet. Bear does best with female dogs and is also happy to be the only dog in the household.

Ideal Home

Bear would thrive in a home that can give him plenty of love and opportunities to play.

Ongoing Health

Bear is current on all age-appropriate vaccinations, deworming, and flea/heartworm prevention. He will have a health exam completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.

Training & Support

Bear is a good listener and knows several commands. He loves to play ball and is good on the leash.

• Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; we aim to find the best home for each animal.

Transporation

Bear is currently in Texas but is available for adoption and transport out of state to a predetermined location. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. Interviews and meet-and-greets are conducted via video call.
