Lily - Forever Foster wanted "Deaf"

Lily is an 8-year-old, 79-pound girl with a heart full of love to give! She was adopted from us five years ago and formed an incredibly deep bond with her person. Sadly, after her beloved dad passed away, her family could no longer care for her, and she returned to us. Lily is deaf, and she forms incredibly deep attachments to her people. Once she trusts you, she'll be your shadow, always wanting to be close and showering you with affection. She has a sweet smile that will melt your heart when she feels safe and happy. Lily is not destructive and is house-broken.

Ideal Home

Lily needs to be the only pet in the home. A quieter environment would likely be ideal, perhaps with a retiree, someone who works from home, or simply someone willing to make a lifelong commitment to a loyal companion and help Lily feel safe and secure.

Ongoing Health

Lily is deaf. As part of our Forever Foster Program, Road to Home Rescue will cover all approved medical expenses beyond routine wellness care for the rest of Lily's life.

Training & Support

Lily experiences separation anxiety when she is worried, stressed, or uncertain, which can lead to barking. However, a fantastic trainer has assessed these issues as "fixable" with commitment, consistency, structure, support, and the right tools. The rescue will cover the cost of this trainer's guidance and support to help Lily's future adopter successfully manage her anxiety and build her confidence.
