Selah

Selah is a super smart and loving girl who was adopted as a puppy during COVID. Unfortunately, she returned to us a little over a year later. Selah grew up during a time when people and their dogs couldn't spend much time together, which led to her being under-socialized. She initially struggled to connect with and trust people but has since formed strong bonds with our staff and volunteers. Selah excels at agility training, knows her basic commands, and is perfecting walking on a loose leash. She has recently started socializing with other dogs and loves the people she trusts. Selah is a bit of a slow burn and requires a few meetings before she feels comfortable, but once you're in her circle, you're in for life! We hope someone out there will give Selah the opportunity to show them how special she is with a little patience.

Ideal Home

Selah would do best in a quiet and active home. She needs a home without young children or other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Selah is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Selah is perfecting walking on a loose leash and knows her basic commands. She is still working on her socialization skills and building trust with new people. She requires patience and a few meetings to warm up.
