Cash is a 2-year-old Blue Tick Coonhound mix, weighing about 65 lbs. He's a confident, social, and loving boy with a big heart and a goofy personality, making him the perfect blend of adventure buddy and couch potato. Cash is always ready for a walk, a game of fetch, or a tasty snack, and he makes fast friends with everyone he meets, greeting them with a happy and eager attitude. He enjoys being part of the action and is energetic and playful, but he also knows how to relax and settle in for downtime after some exercise, embodying the spirit of an active best friend by day and a nap enthusiast by afternoon.
Ideal Home
Cash does well with children and enjoys being part of the action. While he enjoys the company of other dogs and could live with one after proper introductions, he would also be perfectly happy as someone's one-and-only adventure companion. Due to his high prey drive, he absolutely cannot live in a home with cats. A securely fenced yard is a must, providing a safe space for him to stretch his legs and explore. An adopter who enjoys being active and wants a loyal, fun companion to share life with is ideal. Homes with children 10 years and over are recommended to ensure the best fit.

Cash is mostly potty trained and crate trained, though he may whine a little at first when crated.
Training & Support
Cash is learning his leash manners and can pull occasionally, but he is very manageable with consistency and gentle guidance. He responds well to positive reinforcement and enjoys learning when treats are involved. Because he is a smart, active hound, he will need a home committed to structured exercise and continued training.

Transporation
Cash is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. Transports depart each week.
