Francesca is a beautiful, energetic Border Collie mix puppy in foster care in Houston, Texas. She weighs 23 pounds, loves people, enjoys playing with her dog friends and toys, and will happily hop into a car for a ride. She experiences some separation anxiety and likes to stay close to her foster.

Ideal Home

Francesca needs a fully fenced, secure yard and is not suitable for apartment living. The rescue does not adopt to families with children under 8 years old.

Ongoing Health

Francesca is spayed, microchipped with an AKC microchip and prepaid lifetime registration, vaccinated against Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza, and receives monthly preventatives for heartworms, fleas, ticks, and parasites.

Training & Support

Francesca is crate trained and settles quietly in her crate. She seems pretty well house trained and does okay on a leash, though she would benefit from continued leash and general training.
