Teddy

Teddy is a gentle, soulful Beagle who arrived at the shelter with his brother after their beloved owner sadly passed away. Through all the change and confusion, Teddy has remained incredibly sweet, affectionate, and trusting—he just wants a soft place to land and someone to love. He's an adult male, medium-sized, tricolor Beagle who is already neutered and vaccinated.

Ideal Home

Teddy would thrive in a home that understands the Beagle personality—curious, loyal, and very food-motivated. He’s looking for a calm, patient family who will give him stability after losing the only home he’s ever known.

Ongoing Health

Teddy is currently packing some extra holiday weight. With regular walks, portion control, and a family willing to help him slim down, he’s already on the path to a healthier life.

Training & Support

Like many Beagles, Teddy follows his nose and appreciates a good snack… maybe a little too much. He enjoys leisurely strolls and sniffing everything in sight, and then settling in for a nice nap. He is house-trained.

Teddy is located at the Humane Society of Cherokee County in Tahlequah, OK. Transport may be available to approved adopters.
