Meet Coffee! This 2-year-old, 40-pound Australian Shepherd mix has a heart as big as her smile. After being found as a stray and successfully raising her puppies, it's finally Coffee's turn to find her own forever family. She's incredibly affectionate and loves being with her people, whether it's snuggling on the couch, going for a walk, or playing with her doggy friends. Coffee absolutely adores other dogs and would thrive in a home with a playful canine companion to share her energy with. As an Australian Shepherd mix, she's a medium-to-high energy girl who would do best in an active home that can provide plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation.

Ideal Home

Coffee would thrive in an active home that can provide plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation. She absolutely loves other dogs and would be happiest with a playful canine companion. Coffee would do best in a home without cats. Because she can be a bit of a jumper and sometimes gets excited, she may accidentally knock over very small children while saying hello.

Training & Support

Coffee is working through some separation anxiety and would be happiest with someone who works from home, has a flexible schedule, or is home more often than not. She is doing well with potty training and walks nicely on a leash. While she does well in a crate, she can get excited around people and is still working on keeping all four paws on the floor.

Transporation

Coffee is located in Texas but can be adopted locally or out of state. We coordinate safe transport and offer video meet-and-greets to ensure it's the perfect fit.
