Skipper

Skipper is a sporty and energetic girl looking for her perfect match! She's been with us for over two years after coming in with an injury to her front leg, which was amputated. Skipper has fully healed and her wonderful personality has blossomed. This black and white pup is a tripod, and her favorite game is fetch – she's the perfect companion for any sports fan! After a good play session, Skipper loves to cuddle up close with her favorite people.

Ideal Home

Skipper would do best as the only pet in the home, as she is not good with other dogs or cats. She may need a little extra time to warm up to new people, but treats and a ball will be your best friend in winning her over.

Ongoing Health

Skipper has fully healed from her leg amputation.

Training & Support

Skipper is learning basic commands like sit, down, and leave it. She needs more training on leash walking, but does wonderfully with a head halter and responds well to treats for redirection.
