Galileo

Galileo is a purebred Pekingese, a neutered male between 3 and 4 years old. He is quiet, house-trained, and incredibly loving, making him an excellent candidate for an emotional support dog. Galileo can be a bit nervous during thunder and fireworks, but with a little reassurance, he's a true gem.

Ideal Home

A home that can provide a calm and loving environment would be ideal for Galileo. Understanding and patience during loud noises like thunder or fireworks will help him feel secure.

Ongoing Health

Galileo recently underwent a neutering procedure at Westridge Animal Hospital in Texarkana, Texas. All his vaccinations, including rabies and Bordetella, were updated at that time. Medical records from this procedure are available.

Training & Support

Galileo is already house-trained and quiet, which are wonderful foundations! Providing him with a consistent, loving routine will help him continue to thrive. Gentle introductions to new experiences will build his confidence.

Transportation

Galileo is currently in our rescue in Texarkana, Texas. Our next transport is scheduled for July 15th. We offer transport to the following locations:

• Arnold, Missouri
• Springfield, Illinois
• Bloomington, Illinois
• Rockford, Illinois
• Madison, Wisconsin

Please note: For this July transport, we kindly request that those who would normally pick up in Madison, Wisconsin, please plan to pick up in Rockford, Illinois, as we do not have an additional driver available at this time. A $75 transport fee is required to secure his spot on the transport. His adoption fee will be due upon pickup at your selected location on July 15th.
