Meet Brody – a 5-year-old, 65-pound neutered male Cattle Dog/Pitbull mix who's ready to bring his unique blend of playful energy and easygoing charm into your life! He's a true goofball who loves a good adventure but is just as happy to cuddle up with you for a lazy day indoors. Brody even enjoys dressing up for holidays, showing off his fun-loving personality.
Ideal Home
Brody would thrive in a home with a secure backyard where he can enjoy some off-leash play. He does best with friendly, laid-back female dogs and would also be content as your one-and-only pup. While he's generally good with children, we recommend a home with older, dog-savvy kids (8–10+) who understand how to interact respectfully with dogs. Brody is not a good fit for homes with cats.
Ongoing Health
Brody is a healthy boy and has no specific health conditions to report.
Training & Support
Brody is housebroken and crate trained, and he does well when left unsupervised in his crate. He's a smart, food-motivated dog who is eager to please. While he's made great progress with his obedience, he may still get a little excited around assertive male dogs. With calm guidance and continued positive experiences, he's shown he can adapt well. Brody would benefit from a home that offers structure, consistency, and encouragement. He would love someone experienced with breeds like Cattle Dogs or Pitbulls, who can provide him with daily walks, light adventure, and engaging activities like scent work or obedience classes to keep his mind sharp.
