Lady

Lady is the kind of dog that quietly changes your life once she feels safe enough to let you in. 🤍 At around 30 pounds and roughly 6–8 months old, she’s the perfect smaller size — dainty, gentle, easy to live with, and the type of dog that naturally stays close to her person. Once she trusts you, she becomes your little shadow. Lady came from an abusive situation, so she can be timid at first in new environments or around unfamiliar people. She’s not the dog that walks into a room overflowing with confidence right away — and honestly, that’s what makes watching her open up so special. Every bit of trust from her feels earned in the best possible way. And despite her past, she is incredibly gentle. Lady does beautifully with kids, cats, and other dogs. She absolutely loves her daily walks and would make an amazing apartment companion since she’s smaller, well-mannered, and happiest simply being near her people. Lady is looking for a home where she’ll never have to wonder if she’s safe again.

Ideal Home

We think Lady would thrive most in a calmer, quieter home where she can truly decompress and be someone’s center of the universe. She doesn’t need chaos or constant stimulation to be happy. She just wants safety, consistency, and affection. She does beautifully with kids, cats, and other dogs. She would make an amazing apartment companion.

Ongoing Health

Her adoption fee includes spay, full vetting, microchip, and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Lady can be timid at first in new environments or around unfamiliar people. She needs a home where she can be shown consistency and affection.
