This cutie is Kobe Laker! He is a playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly 4-month-old puppy, currently weighing around 23 pounds. We suspect he's a Pit Bull / Staffordshire Terrier mix, but with rescue, it's always a guess! What matters most is that he's absolutely adorable and is one of the most desperate puppies in need of a loving home. Shelters in his area are facing difficult decisions, and by choosing Kobe, you're not only saving his life but also creating space for another animal in need.

Ideal Home
Kobe will need a family that can commit to the dedication, training, and socialization that puppyhood requires. He is discovering new things daily that shape his personality, so implementing routine, structure, setting boundaries, and proper socialization from the start is key.
Ongoing Health
Kobe is up-to-date on all vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines. He has received multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworms.
Training & Support
We require a commitment from adoptive families to begin crate training immediately upon arrival, which will aid in potty training, energy management, and the overall development of a well-rounded adult dog. Our trainers on staff have assessed Kobe, modified his behavior as needed, and created individualized plans to help prepare him for his future family.

Transporation
Kobe is currently located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
