Hi! I'm Selena. I'm an 8-month-old Lab mix, approximately 50 pounds, and I have the perfect combination of looks, brains, and puppy shenanigans. Life is very exciting for me! Walks? Amazing. Toys? Amazing. Other dogs? Amazing. Belly rubs? Absolutely incredible. One of my favorite things is turning into a "puppy puddle" when you pet me – I just melt! I'm already potty trained, kennel trained, and I sleep through the night like a champ. I know "sit," I'm learning "down," and I love learning new things. I'm smart and I enjoy showing off a little. I also have a very important job: protecting my people from suspicious things like trash bags, printers, and strange noises. I occasionally suffer from "Slipper-itis," a condition that causes slippers to mysteriously end up in my possession. Fortunately, I'm highly treatable with toys, training, and supervision. I love toys, especially tug toys, and I could happily spend hours playing with my people. I'd also love a backyard where I can chase squirrels, zoom around, and stretch my legs. I get along well with dogs and kids, and I'm always ready to make a new friend. Cats are still a mystery to me, so we'll need to figure that one out together.

Ideal Home

An active family that wants a dog to join in on life's adventures. I'd love people who enjoy walks, hikes, running, playing, training, and spending time together. I have the energy to be your adventure buddy, but after a fun day, I'm more than happy to curl up beside you for cuddles.

I am potty trained and kennel trained. I know "sit" and am learning "down." I occasionally suffer from "Slipper-itis," which can be managed with toys, training, and supervision.
