Nora

Nora is a stunning, dignified German Shepherd, estimated to be around 8–9 years young. She first came to Tier Haven as a three-year-old stray and, through no fault of her own, found herself back in our care as a senior after being picked up as a stray once again. Despite the ups and downs, Nora’s spirit remains strong, and she’s ready to start the next chapter of her life with a new family. This classy lady is the definition of an active senior—she loves staying involved and thrives in a social setting. Nora is sweet, confident, and always ready to be where the action is. She’s friendly with people of all ages and makes a wonderful companion. Fully house trained and crate trained, Nora knows her way around a home and expects to be treated like the royalty she is.

Ideal Home

Nora would thrive in a home where she can stay involved and be part of the action. She is not a match for homes with cats, small dogs, or small animals.

Ongoing Health

Nora is a senior dog with no current health issues to report.

Training & Support

Nora is house trained and crate trained. She can be bossy with other dogs and prefers calm, respectful canine companions. She currently coexists peacefully with a few laid-back dog friends in her foster home, but she’d also be perfectly happy as your one and only.
