Zumi Cutie is believed to be a pittie mix, approximately 2 years old, and currently weighs 52 lbs. While we can't guarantee breed or age for rescue dogs, his loving nature is undeniable. He can be a little shy when first meeting new people, but it doesn't take long for him to warm up and lean in for affection, inching his way into your lap. We call him a distinguished gentleman because of his gentle nudges and thoughtful closeness. He's never over the top; he offers affection at the perfect balance, and more is always available if you ask! You'll see in his video how happy and excited he gets with his favorite people, turning into the happiest, wiggliest guy. Imagine coming home to that kind of greeting every day!

Zumi is wonderful with children, even as young as four years old. He's unfazed by the energy of little ones, handling jumping, squealing, and sudden movements with calm patience. He doesn't jump up on kids; instead, he keeps all four paws on the ground and gently leans in for pets. He takes treats softly and shows a natural understanding of how to be respectful. Zumi blossoms into a steady, affectionate companion who would fit wonderfully into a family home, growing into a deeply loyal best friend.

He is also very dog-friendly and has done great with all the dogs he's met. Zumi enjoys a gentle play style, happy to romp and wrestle with his doggy friends. He's respectful of dogs that don't want to play and is content just chilling nearby. Zumi would do best in a home with a happy-go-lucky doggy friend who enjoys playful moments and downtime, but he would also do best in a kitty-free home.

Zumi is highly treat-motivated and eager to please! He walks well on a leash with minimal pulling and is crate and potty trained. He does best with a couple of potty breaks throughout the day.
