Hot Potato is pure puppy energy in motion! At five months old, he's bold, goofy, and endlessly entertained by absolutely everything around him. He approaches life with a "the game is on and I must participate" mindset. Toys, people, shadows, and leaves – everything is exciting, and he meets it all with enthusiasm and zero hesitation. He's the puppy who keeps things lively and turns ordinary moments into something funny just by being himself.
He loves people deeply, greeting the world like its his long-lost best friend. He's wiggly, expressive, and full of joy, with no concept of personal space in the most endearing puppy way. After bursts of play, he's just as quick to flop over and demand belly rubs. Once he's in your arms or at your feet, he settles into complete happiness. There's a big heart behind all that energy; Hot Potato isn't just chaotic for the sake of it, he's social, affectionate, and eager to connect. He wants to be involved, included, and part of the action. With consistency and structure, he will grow into a fun, loyal, and incredibly engaging companion who keeps life active and full of laughter.

All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, and a heartworm test.

Hot Potato is working on his manners and benefits from consistency and structure to help him channel his enthusiasm.

Transporation
Hot Potato is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real-time. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
