Milo

Milo is an approximately 5-year-old male Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler mix who has been patiently waiting for his forever home for over four years. He is good with other dogs and thrives on familiar routines, but he can be initially wary of strangers and new situations. The world can feel overwhelming to Milo until he understands it, and this understanding takes time, patience, and compassion. Once Milo trusts you, he forms a deep bond and becomes incredibly loving and loyal. He’s the kind of dog who doesn’t give his heart easily, but when he does, it’s truly special. Milo has spent time in a foster home and proved himself to be a perfect gentleman, being potty trained, crate trained, and a quiet, respectful house guest who settles in nicely once he feels safe.
