Queen

Meet Queen! She's a sweet, approximately two-year-old girl who came to us from a hoarding situation with her puppies. Queen devoted herself to raising her little ones, and now that they've all found loving homes, it's her turn to be someone's whole world. She's crate-trained, housebroken, and absolutely loves to cuddle, happily curling up in a lap to soak up all the affection she deserves.

Queen may need a little extra time to settle into a new home due to her past experiences. She isn't the type of dog who will instantly act like she's lived with you forever, and that's perfectly okay. The family she's looking for will understand that trust is earned through patience, kindness, and consistency. Watching Queen blossom has been a joy; every day she grows a little braver, more confident, and more playful. Beneath her timid exterior is a gentle, loving dog who simply wants to feel safe and loved. She is not aggressive at all and might enjoy having a calm, small, non-dominant dog friend to help her feel more comfortable, but she would also be perfectly happy as the center of your attention. If you're the kind of person who believes the best relationships are built with patience, you'll be rewarded with a loyal companion who will love you with her whole heart. Queen was born in May 2024.

Ideal Home

A patient, kind, and consistent home where Queen can take her time to settle in and build trust. She would be happy with a calm, small, non-dominant dog friend or as the only pet.

Ongoing Health

All vaccinations, deworming, microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter (if over 6 months), and heartworm test (if over 6 months) are up to date. She will be current on flea and heartworm prevention. A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of adoption.

Training & Support

Queen is crate-trained and housebroken. She may need a little extra time to adjust to a new environment and build trust. Patience, kindness, and consistency will be key to her success.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• The adoption fee is $350 plus transport. This fee includes all current vaccinations, deworming, a registered microchip, fecal analysis, spay/neuter for pets 6 months & older, and a heartworm test if over 6 months old. All dogs will be current on flea/heartworm prevention.
• A health exam will be completed and a certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days.
• Adoption interviews and meet-and-greets are conducted via video call.
• We reserve the right to deny any application deemed unsuitable for the animal.
• Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis; our goal is to find the best possible home for each animal.

Transporation

Queen is currently being fostered in Fort Worth, Texas. She is available for transport to a predetermined location agreed upon by Wags. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport.
