Chocolate

My name is Chocolate, and my name fits me perfectly because my heart is just as sweet! I was rescued and brought to a vet clinic, where the kind staff noticed how gentle and loving I was, despite being scared and sick. They named me Chocolate, a reminder of my fresh start. My life didn't begin easily; I was found tied to a bicycle, struggling to breathe. Thankfully, a kind woman saw my distress, rescued me, and brought me to my foster home.

At first, I was confused, but I soon discovered the joy of love and kindness. I live with two wonderful foster moms and a sweet human sister who showers me with kisses. I've learned what a soft bed feels like, discovered the fun of toys, and even get delicious homemade chicken sometimes! I also enjoy playing with my foster siblings, all of whom are waiting for their forever homes.

Ideal Home

I love to run and play, and I'm very affectionate, enjoying cuddles and being close to my people. I am fully potty trained and find comfort in my crate, which is my safe space. While car rides are still new and things with wheels can make me nervous, I know that with a patient and loving person, I will continue to grow more confident.

Ongoing Health

I am fully vetted and ready to go to my new home.

Training & Support

I am fully potty trained and enjoy my crate. I am still getting used to car rides and can be nervous around things with wheels, but I am a quick learner and will gain confidence with a patient and loving family.
