Diesel

Diesel is a strong, active young pit bull terrier mix who was born around December 2020 and weighs about 50 pounds. He is looking for an owner who is very knowledgeable about bully breeds and can help him reach his full potential as a wonderful companion.

Ideal Home

Diesel would thrive in a home where he can receive dedicated training and socialization. Due to his exuberance, he is not currently allowed around children.

Ongoing Health

Diesel has been neutered, is up-to-date on his vaccines, and tested negative for heartworms. He is on monthly heartworm preventative and has a microchip.

Training & Support

Diesel is listed as special needs because he was not properly socialized as a puppy. While he is eager to play with other dogs, he doesn't quite know how and can be overly enthusiastic, sometimes knocking them over. He needs a patient and experienced owner who can help him learn appropriate doggy social skills so he can eventually have canine playmates.
