Grace is a sweet and bubbly 35-pound bundle of energy, a Cattle dog/Staffy/Vizsla mix with an estimated birthday of July 1, 2023. She's got a new leash on life after a rough start, having been rescued as a stray who was caring for her babies under a fallen tree during the Texas summer heat. A kind street dog feeder noticed her and her pups and brought them to the rescue, where Grace quickly made friends with both humans and other dogs. She adores squeaky toys, cuddling with her canine companions, and has a blast doing zoomies in the courtyard. While she may resemble a Vizsla/Staffy/Bully mix, Grace has strong herding instincts. She loves being close to her people and prefers to be in a group, offering sweet affections to everyone nearby. If anyone wanders off, she'll gently "herd" them back! She'll thrive in a home with people experienced with herding breeds.

Grace is kennel trained and potty trained. She is also dog-friendly. Grace is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can be arranged to your state or a neighboring state. Pick-up locations may vary. Sunnyside Street Dogs coordinates with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles converted for dog transport. Adopters can track their dog's journey using the Life360 app and receive updates. Facebook chats are also available for tracking information.
