Latte is a 1-year-old, 52-pound Staffordshire Terrier/Retriever mix who is as sweet as her name! She's a young, energetic pup who is thriving in her foster home in Houston, Texas, and is ready to bring her zest for life to her forever family. Latte is eager to please, incredibly treat-motivated, and loves to learn. She already knows "sit" and "down," and with a little more practice, she'll master leash manners in no time. While she can be a bit hesitant in new environments, her foster mom is helping her build confidence by exploring different places. Latte shows no reaction to people or other dogs on walks, and she's proven to be gentle around small children and puppies, making her a fantastic family addition.
Ideal Home
Latte would do best in an active home that can provide plenty of physical exercise and continued training. She'd absolutely love having another active dog to play with, as she can be very excited and bouncy around new canine friends. If she's the only dog in the home, she'll need daily exercise and enrichment to keep her happy and thriving.

Training & Support
Latte is working on her leash manners and confidence in new environments. She is fully house-trained and does well in her crate for up to four hours at a time. She shows no signs of separation anxiety.
