Blue

Hi there! I'm Blue, a handsome 70-pound pit bull with a stunning blue and white coat, ready to find my forever home. I'm a loyal, playful, and affectionate boy who absolutely loves to cuddle and shower my favorite people with kisses! I'm a very smart cookie and eager to please, which makes learning new tricks and playing with toys a joy. I've got a good amount of energy and gusto, so I'm looking for a home that can keep me active with plenty of exercise and mental stimulation.

Ideal Home

I do well with older children who understand how to handle my size and strength. However, I'm not a fan of small children who might be tempted to pull my ears or tail. I'm also dog-selective, meaning I need a slow, proper introduction to any potential canine housemates, or I'd be happiest as the only dog in the home. I am absolutely not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

I'm neutered, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

I'm already house, crate, and leash trained, though I could still use a little more practice on the leash to really master it. My intelligence and eagerness to please mean I'm a great candidate for continued training and enrichment!
